Do not let your heart be troubled. You believe in God; believe also on me. My father’s house has many rooms; if that were not so, would I have told you that I am going there to prepare a place for you? And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with but you also may be where I am.

With heavy hearts, we announced that our beloved Myriam Ukkong, born on May 6, 1952, peacefully entered into the presence of the Lord in the late morning hours of April 22, 2025. After battling cancer with incredible strength and courage, her loved ones grieve her untimely passing, but take solace in knowing that she is now embraced by our Saviour, reunited with her pre-deceased parents and siblings, and freed from the shackles of pain.

We are asking for any donations to help cover the costs of her services and to hopefully fly family from the Philippines to Winnipeg to say goodbye. Unfortunately, her insurance terminated at the age of 70 so we literally have nothing
