Hello my name is Josh and I’m hoping you guys can help my father out. On May 03, 2014 me and my roommate (DAD) were grilling chicken and having a great time when all of a sudden disaster struck. I rushed my father to the hospital to find out his Aorta artery split in two. The condition is called a Aortic Dissection and if that wasn’t enough to go through he also had his lungs collapses and kidneys fail.....Then 4 strokes came along and changed everything. Now his health care is telling us (me) that because he's in the hospital for such a long time he will not receive his living expenses pay! He needs to be moved to a LTAC hospital (long term care). Quite simply I can’t afford the hospital bill. Will you please help me keep my father alive?! He is a veteran of the U.S. Navy and fought in the Vietnam War, he's a father of 3 (1 son and 2 daughters). He's way too young to go through this and I do believe he will pull through it all but with disabilities since the strokes affected his vision and motor skills. Please help us... any little bit will help.
