Help my parents rebuild their lives

Hi, my name is Nichole and this past Friday morning my parents lost all their possessions in a fire. They just learned today that while the structure was insured the items inside it were not. They have been living in their motorhome for the past couple years and have been building a home. A few months back they moved everything they own from several storage lockers to the recently built pole barn. They thought that their insurance would cover the pole barn and all of their belongings, however, it only covered the pole barn. All that they have is tied up in building their home and they do not have enough extra resources to rebuild their lives. Their loss has been especially devastating because they just inherited priceless family heirlooms (photos, movies, furniture, etc) from both of their parents who recently died.
