Mymilkman.ie fundraiser for Jigsaw

So many of us have been affected directly/ indirectly by Suicide and Mental health issues. We are running a fundraiser to raise funds for Jigsaw who support mental health well-being and early intervention for young people aged 12-25 years old. Help us make a difference to such a worthy cause by donating whatever you can or by sharing this page with family and friends. Another way you can help this Christmas is to lend an ear/ check in on someone who may need it. It's often hard to know who is struggling around us especially around the hustle and bustle of the festive season. It's important to spread the message that nobody is alone, it's ok not to feel ok and that opening up and asking for help is nothing to be afraid of.

Jigsaw are the National Centre for Youth Mental Health. They believe a better life is possible for the hundreds and thousands of young people across Ireland facing mental health difficulties. They offer a listening ear, and give expert advice and support to young people aged twelve to twenty five. They give families, teachers, and those who support young people's mental health ways to cope, and skills to be there for young people. They make sure that youth mental health is a national, and local priority
