From Maya, Myles’ sister:
"Myles saw so much beauty in this world, which he shared through his laughter, stories, smile, and breathtaking expression of art.
Just two short weeks before his death, I texted him that a world without him in it is one I would never recognize.
For those that knew Myles well, I’m sure you can relate to the massive void I now feel.
When we were younger, people always asked us if we were twins. I don't think it was just because we looked alike but because we ran on the same frequency, loved the same things, and because we were so close.
The kind of close only twins would tolerate as kids and teenagers.
I will always remember his warm grin, his ability to shrug anything off, and how he never forgot to say, ‘I love you, sis.’
The world no longer makes sense without his beautiful soul in it.
I understand I must heal to move forward. I will do this by honoring my brother in every way I possibly can, but more importantly, I will live my life in ways he was unable to, in his own."
Myles's family unexpectedly lost him on January 17th, 2023. He is survived by his beloved mother, sister, brother-in-law, nieces, nephew, and cousins all of whom live in Florida and who are faced with the difficult task of managing everything that comes with this tragedy from across the country.
