Our sweet Myles has recently been diagnosed with Leukaemia and overnight our world has changed.

Myles was a happy healthy two year old, growing and thriving when on March 5th out of nowhere Myles fainted. He was taken to the hospital, and while there his parents received the heartbreaking news no parent ever wants to hear….. appears to be blood cancer.

Everything then moved very quickly, Myles was transferred to Sick Kids hospital, he has had lumbar punctures, blood cultures, platelet transfusions, bone marrow biopsies, a number of diagnostic tests, started chemotherapy, and steroid treatments …..and this is just the beginning of his long and difficult journey that is childhood leukaemia.

Myles’ treatment will span two to three years minimum.

We have been told the first part will require Myles to stay at sick kids for at least a month (minimum) receiving treatments/testing on a daily basis.

Right now our focus is on giving Myles all the love, strength, and support needed for him to fight this illness.

Ariana and Dilan are both with him, supporting both him and each other during this difficult time. However, the reality of this upcoming journey also brings overwhelming financial challenges.

Time away from work, accommodations, food expenses; just everyday cost of living. It all adds up very quickly.

We have started this Go Fund me as friends and family are asking how to help support this young family during this difficult time. We are hoping to help ease some of the financial burdens for Ariana and Dilan so that are able to fully focus on what matters most…..helping Myles get through treatment and recover.
