Hello Everyone,

This past June, Myles and I received unexpected and life-changing news: Myles was diagnosed with Stage 4 Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC), a rare and aggressive form of liver cancer. Since then, he has undergone a variety of treatments including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and paracentesis to help relieve fluid buildup in his abdomen. This journey is entirely new to us, and we’re learning to take things one day at a time.

Through it all, Myles has shown incredible strength and resilience. Even as his body faces unimaginable challenges, his spirit remains strong and hopeful.

With these sudden changes have come significant financial burdens. The cost of ongoing medical treatments, frequent travel to CDA to see specialists, daily living expenses, and the reality that Myles is currently unable to work have all added up quickly and become overwhelming.
