Help my Family’s Medical Emergency

Hi, my name is Shiann Morales and I’m starting a fundraiser for my father and my little brothers. My father has been a single dad almost his entire life and has been working since he was 17. A retired firefighter and EMR he risked his life for others and now he is in the fight of his life. On August 23rd he was diagnosed with Avascular Necrosis which is a condition that causes his hip bone to die and will require a complete hip replacement at the age of 43. He has two fractures in his hip and is in excruciating pain almost constantly. 6 days after his diagnosis he was terminated from his employer (not the fire department) for reasons that still have not been disclosed to him. He has no income and will lose his insurance to have his surgery on October 10th followed by physical therapy for 3 months. The cost of surgery is 41,000 alone. He would never ask for help but with his loss of income and insurance him and my little brothers could lose their home, their, vehicle and the ability to get my Dads surgery. He has applied for assistance but it just doesn’t seem to be coming fast enough. I’m working as a waitress trying to help as much as possible but it’s just not enough.
