Hello. I understand you don't know me, I totally understand that. Im going to describe my situation and hope you understand.

I created this back in December after getting denied my medical leave extension. The medleave company had some 3rd party doctors that never spoke to me, knew nothing of my situation, only spoke to one of my doctors and had been pretty much determined to deny my claim from the way the conversation went according to what my doctor told me. I was able to get one eviction hearing dismissed on a technicality. After that my 401k company notified me that I have been let go from my job, and I was able to cash that out, plus the donations i had so far and pay off the $3000 I owed for December and January on January 11th 2006 and keep from being evicted. Luckily there was a miss connection between my job and the 401k company and i so still have a job. But I still owe money for February now. I have most of what I need. I'm short $400. So im trying to raise that. This is an updated story since I first created the gofundme in December. I'm at the 5 day mark that the leasing office can issue me a 5 day notice to appear in court. Then the Writ that day and the constable can remove me and my 2 cat as soon as 2 days later.

I had to go out on medical leave 7 to 8 months ago at this point. I didn't want to be on medical leave, but I suffer from severe burnout, depression, bad anxiety attacks, i get stressed very easily, and I'm also diagnosed with PTSD n bipolar. Despite all of that I try to push myself. So I went back to work in October because I wanted to work. Things got worse at work, escalating my condition, I start shaking, my face turns red and I start throwing up, get lightheaded n dizzy, which in turn stresses me out and I tend to shutdown and my depression takes a bad hold over me. I wasn't prepared financially because j just returned to work because thats what i want to do, but both my doctors had to sign out again. I used what I had left to pay November rent, and stock up on food for myself and my cats. But December came around and I couldn't pay for rent. The medical leave company took 2 months to review as they put it an extension of the original med leave since I had only returned to work for a 3 weeks. HR was refusing tp give me a number to call them or to even call me to discuss concerns and issues that were escalating my symptoms, I'm trying work with free legal counsel as its illegal for HR to not talk to you or give a number to contact them. Turns out one or two word replys via email is a loophole to keep from being sued even if the response is talk to your supervisor even if the issue is your supervisor and you can't talk to them.
My 2 doctors gave plenty of information to the medical leave company and filled out documents and even doctor supplied notes from my sessions. The medical leave company denied my extension Monday December 22nd. My psychiatrist office & therapist called me and even the phx fire dept crisis members came to my apartment directly to make sure I didn't hurt myself. But the med leave people said I was perfectly healthy. With that kind of response from 3 different groups how could I be ok. I have been working overnights for 10 years and anti-social for several of those years that I have no one i can turn to, no friends to help me. I've called every organization and signed up for everything I can since getting the denial. Even my therapist who had off the week of Christmas has been texting me, having her office find resources for me that maybe I haven't found. She even did a virtual check up Christmas eve because she is so worried about me. On her day off of all things. I didn't choose this for myself or my cats. I don't want to be like this and have been working hard with two great doctors to do what i have to to function better. I'm tired of being this way. I've done 2 rounds of TMS. My psychiatrist office wants me to do ketamine supervised sessions and another round of TMS at the same time back to back. which I started today Wednesday February 4th 2026. I just want my brain to work. I don't know what to do at this point. I just need help to stay from being homeless til I can figure out what to do now. I'll lose my 2 cats that i took in that were strays around my complex. I already had to lose 3 different cats in the first year of the pandemic, i had to re-home them. I have photos and writings I've had for over 20 years or more. I'd return to work but after missing 3 months and my leave was turned down initially they can terminate me on the spot for unapproved missed days. Anything you can do will be a blessing. Donate as low as 5 dollars if thats all you can spare. $10 maybe. It adds up per person the small donations. My close friends from back east and couple ones who no longer live in Arizona donated. I can't ask anymore of them. If you don't donate I totally understand, thank you for reading. But please share and encourage sharing. If you can't help don't feel guilty. I know it's hard times. But seriously if everyone who sees this just sends $5 or $10 I could pay my rent, save my cats and be able to feed them first then myself. If you made it this far. Bless your heart for reading. Please share.
