**Urgent: Help Save Lives After the Devastating 7.7 Magnitude Myanmar Earthquake**

On 28th March 2025, a catastrophic 7.7 magnitude earthquake shattered central Myanmar including Mandalay. We were born and raised in Mandalay, we still have our families and friends there.

This devastating earthquake has obliterated cities burying thousands under rubble. Over 2000 lives have been lost with numbers rising every day. The scenes are unimaginable horror with screams for their loved ones trapped under collapsed buildings including babies, children, adults and elderly. Entire monasteries filled with praying monks and nuns as well as mosques packed with Muslims were crushed. Several sacred places in central Myanmar are ruined.

Survivors are sleeping in the open with no shelter. There’s insufficient medicine, clean water, food and sanitation. Without help, thousands more will die.
