Help Me Get Back to Work – CFX Artist in Need

Hi, my name is Vincent. I'm a CFX (Creature Effects) artist working in post-production for the movie industry. In simple terms, I help bring creatures to life by working on things like their fur, cloth, and other dynamic elements you see on screen.

Recently, my workstation – the heart of my work – completely broke down. After trying every possible fix, I’ve come to terms with the fact that it’s not salvageable. I rely heavily on this setup not only for my full-time job, but also for freelance and community projects I take on in my spare time. Unfortunately, the machine gave out right after I finished one of those personal projects.

This is more than just an inconvenience – it's a direct hit to my livelihood. A few months ago, I was diagnosed with a chronic pain condition that forces me to limit the number of hours I can work. That alone already made it harder to keep up financially. Now, without a functioning workstation, I can't work at all.

This GoFundMe is my way of asking for help to get back on my feet – to replace my essential work tools and keep doing what I love. Between rent and ever-growing medical bills, I simply can’t afford to rebuild on my own right now.
