My Wife's Last Wish

My 37 year old wife has been given a prognosis of up to 12 months to live. After being Ill with increasing bad stomach pains and weight loss and knowing something was seriously wrong we went to the G.P on numerous occasions asking for a CT scan over about an 18 month period but due to NHS protocols and their processes of elimination she only finally got the scan she needed on the 17th of April 2020 during the lockdown when instead of finding the Appendicitis as we were told it was after a plethora of other bad diagnosis including  IBS , sagging intestines , acid reflux , iron deficiency to name a few. She was taken into a room alone due to COVID19 and was told there were quite a few abnormalities and they suspected it was bowelcancer ... Boom . So after biopsies, blood tests , more CT scans we were then called back and told OK this is stage 4 terminal metastatic bowel cancer with many growths including in the liver and lymph nodes. Emma has been offered surgery to remove a 3rd of the bowel , have her intestines out of the side of her body and a stoma bag for her wee and poo and a scar from her solar plexus to her pelvis with expected 6 week recovery only IF all goes well and then to endure intensive chemotherapy for the Liver and all of the tumours left behind. We asked how long she had they said up to 12 months and with all of the above proceedures maybe 18 months but they have no cure for her and she would be bed ridden and sick for much of that So after many tears with our children , much thought and emotional turmoil she has decided rather than spend that time sick in hospital or bed at home , bald and skeletally thin she told them NO I want quality not quantity. Since then we have used all we know , lots of people that know more sending us stuff , change lifestyle completely diet , trying homeopathic remedies from around the world and CBD oils to ease the pain and symptoms.  Emma's last wish is to travel around the UK and maybe Europe if it opens up in a reliable motor home with myself and our son Boe to see all the things she thought she would have decades to see! Being stuck in 4 walls with this prognosis and cancer in your mind every minute of the day and on the lips of everyone you see is no way to live your last moments on Earth so I am putting my faith in God and the compassion of others to raise the money to make this happen for her please !
