I'm Choida, an international student currently living in Australia, and I'm reaching out for support during one of the most difficult times in our lives.

My wife has been diagnosed with a rare and aggressive form of lymphoma. This diagnosis has turned our world upside down. Her treatment requires intensive inpatient chemotherapy followed by a bone marrow transplant—both of which are critical and urgent to save her life. As an international student, I don’t have access to Medicare or many of the healthcare benefits available to residents, which makes affording the necessary medical care incredibly difficult.

Every contribution will directly help cover the costs of her hospital stays, chemotherapy sessions, medications, specialist consultations, and eventually the bone marrow transplant procedure.
