Hi my name is Donald singleton, my wife had double bypass surgery and I have to be off work for 12 weeks to be her care giver. I'm asking for help with medical expenses and household expenses during our hardship months. I can't work so I have no money coming in and our saving is gone . I love my wife and trying to be the best husband but I'm by myself with no help. I'm asking for anything that will help us. I am willing to submit any additional documentation to support our needs.
