Imagine paying for one of the most important services on your wedding day—only to never receive what you paid for. That’s exactly what happened to me.

I hired a wedding photographer through Thumbtack, trusting that I would have beautiful memories to look back on. She was in contact with me on my wedding day, but after that, she completely disappeared. I never received a single professional photo.

I reached out multiple times, but my messages went unanswered. Even Thumbtack, the platform I hired her through, couldn’t get a response. I sent a legal demand letter, but she ignored that too. Now, my only option is to take legal action, but attorney fees are expensive.

I’m asking for help to raise $2,500 to cover the legal costs of pursuing this case. I never thought I’d have to fight for something I already paid for, but I don’t want this to happen to anyone else.
