My Van was broken into and my bike stolen

Hello my name is lloyd owner artist and jewellery maker behind the hand made company the Fox by the shore.

2 days ago my Van was broken into completely trashed with a destruction of drug paraphernalia left behind and my possessions stolen including a new bike i recently got on a cycle to work scheme worth over £800 and im completely heartbroken as this has such an impact on my livelihood.

my van has now been taken away i’m not really sure if this is just a stupid cry for help over the sadness and frustration I feel after my van had been broken into my brand new bike and other possessions stolen the damage left behind the fact that I was made to clear out all the drug parahanila left behind myself. the poor attitude of the police and the genuine worry I now have over getting this all sorted and the impact it’s going to have have on my life but I really don’t know what to do. or who this may reach (if anyone) or what help I may receive.

but im so hurt that something that wasn’t my fault and was a pure violation in my life is penalising me with such a financial and mental strain.

the van has now been taken away but im being told i have to pay a £500 access that i don’t have that ill lose 9 years no claims and it’s unlikely i’ll get the bike covered that i just got on a cycle to work scheme alongside having to deal with all the headache that comes with it all im at such a loss over something that really wasn’t my fault.
