Hi, my name is Aj, and I am creating this GoFundMe on behalf of my family to ask for help for my uncle, who is currently hospitalized in the Philippines.

On January 16, my uncle suffered a stroke. After a CT scan, doctors discovered a blood clot in his brain. The medical team advised that surgery is not required at this time, but he needs intensive medical treatment and expensive medications to help dissolve the clot and prevent further damage.

He is currently confined in the ICU, and as of now, his hospital bill has already reached ₱401,571.95 PHP in just 7 days. The doctors have informed us that he will need to continue these medications for 2–3 weeks, and the total medical expenses may reach approximately ₱1.2 million PHP (around $28,000 CAD).

As a family, we are doing everything we can to support him financially, but the cost of ICU care, medications, and hospital bills is more than we can manage alone. We are humbly asking for any amount of support to help cover his ongoing treatment and give him the best chance to recover.
