My uncle Darren St.Germain & family in his final days

Donation protected
Hi, my name is Courtney Perry, the man and family I am fundraising for is my uncle and his family.. He became sick 3 years ago, at the age 45, he is now 48.. He went to appointment after appointment and test after test, his symptoms were severe but by the time they found the tumours in his intestine and colon, his heart and lungs took a major blow, he developed end stage COPD and his heart is enlarged from overworking to get oxygen out to his body.. 4 surgeons had refused to operate to give any type of relief due to the anesthesia being incompatible with the condition of his heart and lungs.. He would have died on the table.. He had always been a hard worker and provided for his family, but as of 2 years ago he was taken off work being unable to breathe properly, he and his family lost their home due to lost wages and no real savings, they are currently staying with a family member, them and their 2 youngest children.. He is at the end of his days and his biggest worry is monthly costs with travel, trying to find a suitable home, med costs, travel to appointments and regular food costs and rent.. He is currently being cared for by my Aunty April St.Germain, which is why she can’t work, he needs around the clock care.. He has chosen a natural death at home with his wife and kids beside him.. I am doing this fundraiser in hopes of relieving some worry in both my aunt and uncle in his end of days.. They have struggled and tried their best with borrowing and paying back and such, but it’s too much.. He will need to have a funeral at the end of this road and I wanna relieve any worry I can if possible and I can’t do it alone.. Darren is and has always been a beloved person by many who have crossed his path.. Thank you for reading, and donating if you can..

( UPDATE)-> Darren has had a tumour prolapse and it has ruptured causing significant bleeding, due to being inoperable, this may speed up his end of life if the rupture doesn’t clot or the bleeding slow down, in the initial rupture he lost about 1 litre of blood, and for someone who is 101lbs that is a significant amount of blood loss.. Darren has said that the pain has greatly intensified with this rupture.. We are trying to keep him as comfortable as possible.. We wanted to thank everyone who has donated and shared the go fund me, it truly means alot to all of us, thank you from the bottom of our hearts.. ♥️
