Late last night Lance posted on facebook, that his boys have never seen him run.......and almost immediately my brain started to tick.

What better gift could you give to a member than the ability to run, after an accident on a building site that caused Lance to lose his left leg from the knee many years ago.

The reason I have decided as the owner of Leigh fitness to try and raise these funds is due to the fact Lance is simply one of the most positive people I have ever met. If there's a chance of a challenge.....he's on it!

A larger than life character, and positive influence in our gym who is always there for others.

Not once have I ever heard him moan or say why me.....which many of us do, including myself over simple day to day things.

Here at Leigh fitness in Havant, I opened this gym as a competitive bodybuilder to help others achieve their goals of stepping on stage, or simply making a lifestyle change to improve their health & wellbeing.

But this.....to possibly give Lance and his boys the chance to all run together would be something special, and along with your help to give something back in life many of us take for granted.

We will continue to run events in club, to help this great cause along the way, and thank you for taking the time to read this.
