It is with a heavy heart that I come to
you today. My twin sister, Delia Gaitan, passed away today due to Covid-19. I
never believed that this day would come when I would no longer have my beautiful
twin sister in my life. She was my best friend, my Maid of Honor, and
also the one I would always go to
through happiness or sadness, through good times or bad, we’ve been through
it all together. She never hesitated to
pray for me when I needed prayer, or when
other's needed prayer. She loved God
with all her soul, with all her might, with every fiber of her being, she loved God. She loved her family, her friends, and
strangers all the same. I know that it will take some getting used to, but I know I
can talk to her whenever I feel the need to. So I am asking for help, on behalf of my
twin sister Delia, and the rest of our
family. If there is any possibility that you can contribute, so we can give her a
beautiful memorial, we would really
appreciate it. Not one of us, her siblings, like asking for contributions, but we are all on a fixed income. My sister, Delia,
was the kindest, most gentle person I had ever known. If I could just be
half of the person she was, I know that I would be pleasing to my God. Please
also pray for our family as we go
through this. This is the second COVID-related death in our immediate family
since November 2020. We just lost our oldest brother due to COVID as well. I love you all! God bless you and yours and by all means, please take care of yourselves.
