Nathan and I are doing Chris Hoy’s Tour De 4 cycle. It is a 56 mile cycle which starts at the Sir Chris Hoy Velodrome in Glasgow and heads out of Glasgow and over the Campsie Fells. It is Nathan’s longest ever cycle and includes the very challenging Tak Ma Doon hill climb.

Nathan’s Papa Donald died of Prostate Cancer in 2023. It was detected too late. Thanks to recent research, effective widespread screening is getting closer. If you are a man over about 45 it’s worth getting yourself checked out.
