Want to join me in supporting a good cause?

Having had prostate cancer some 17 years ago and being supported by Movember with a toolbox of suggestions and advice after a major operation, I want to continue my support for this very worthwhile cause.

I shall be cycling with Sir Chris Hoy in his Glasgow stadium on a static bike in September 2025. I have a 20 minute slot and am training hard to achieve my target of up to 10K.
