The last time I did a serious ride was in 2018 when I cycled from the south to the north of Ireland covering over 300 miles. Now, some seven years older, I've switched from a "proper" bike to an electric one and am attempting a rather more modest 37 miles around Glasgow on September 7th. The ride, which is called Tour De Four, has been organised by Sir Chris Hoy who has been diagnosed with Stage 4 prostate cancer. Having had radiotheraphy myself, I'm raising money for Prostate Cancer UK and any contribution would be much appreciated. Thank you for your support.
