on 7th September, me and some fellow cancer survivors are cycling the 90km route in the inaugural Tour De 4; a brand new cycle sportive set up by Sir Chris Hoy following his own cancer diagnosis.

In August 2020, I was diagnosed with Kidney Cancer. It was a scary time and I turned to social media to try find information and people to talk to.

The Cancer Club was set up by our founder Matthew Wiltshire back in 2020 with the single mission…to get men talking.

it is a space for men to discuss cancer, health, fitness, treatment, mental health and so much more.

Since joining the club myself I have found great comfort and camaraderie and has made navigating my own cancer journey that bit easier.

Sadly, Matthew lost his own battle in 2023, but his legacy lives on in The Cancer Club, and I’m raising money to help contribute to this great cause
