Listening to Chris Hoy publicly describing receiving his Stage 4 diagnosis and reading his book “All That Matters” has inspired me to get off the sofa and on to my bike.

Whilst a cancer diagnosis is frightening and having personally received two such diagnoses in the past,

trying to maintain an active lifestyle and observing role models such as Chris Hoy can only help to sustain a positive outlook.
