My Tour De 4 Fundraiser to Fight Cancer
Hi All, I was diagnosed with a brain tumour (Glioblastoma) in 2020 and given months to live. So far it's been five years! I totally agree with Sir Chris Hoy that having stage 4 cancer doesn't mean you should stop living your life. I'm really pleased to be able to ride in the Tour de Four (60 km) on 7th September this year, with the aid of my amazing friends!
Brain cancer kills more people of the younger generations than any other cancers and research is much underfunded. So, I'm supporting the The Brain Tumour Charity who are trying to accelerate a cure and help anyone who has been affected. I'm also about to participate in an international study to find a cure for very rare cancers (see more here).
Your contribution will make an impact, whether you donate a lot or a little. Anything helps. Thank you for your support.
