My Tour De 4 Fundraiser to Fight Cancer
I'm raising money for Young Lives vs Cancer by taking part in the Tour de 4 in September - a fundraising cycling event initiated by Sir Chris Hoy which is raising vital funds for cancer charities. I will be taking part in the Red Ride, which starts and ends at the Sir Chris Hoy velodrome and takes in a 56mile (90km) loop north of Glasgow out to Killearn, through Fintry and past Carron Valley, and back to Glasgow.
To help me go faster, and if I raise enough money before our FJBC Club Champs in August, I have agreed to support my son Lewis by shaving our legs together at the event!
I chose Young Lives vs Cancer because I want to support the charity that supported my friends and their little girl, Patricia, during her cancer journey, so they can continue to provide this vital service. Whether you donate a lot or a little, anything helps. Thank you for your support.
