So....In December 2023, completely out of the blue, I was told that I had Stage 4 Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma. A little bit of a surprise and, if I am honest, a touch inconvenient. Treatment followed and now I am back to living a full and healthy life which I appreciate makes me very fortunate compared to others diagnosed with Stage 4 of NHL or other cancers.

Initially I did not tell many people at all and even now, some of you reading this may be totally unaware of what has happened. This challenge feels like the right time to get stuck in and start raising money for Blood Cancer UK, chances are their research could be invaluable to helping me in the future.
