In October 2023 I was diagnosed with advanced prostate cancer. I then had an anxious wait whilst further scans were performed, which eventually changed my diagnosis to locally advanced prostate cancer. I'm now receiving hormone therapy indefinitely to prevent my cancer changing from stage 3 to stage 4. I'm therefore keen to support awareness of and testing for prostate cancer to ensure that other men can get treated before it's too late.
On 7 September 2025 I'll be riding 56 miles in the Chris Hoy sponsored 'Tour De 4' in Glasgow to raise awareness of prostate cancer. Join me in supporting Prostate Cancer UK and your contribution will make an impact, whether you donate a lot or a little.
I'm also really pleased that both of our sons (Tom and Rich) will be riding with me, to support me on the ride and also to raise more funds.
Anything helps. Thanks a million for your support.
