My beautiful wife Helen was diagnosed in December 2012 with stage 4 metastatic breast cancer, which progressed to her bones, liver and now her lungs. Despite this, and suffering two broken femur as a result, she remains upbeat and an inspiration to all who know her.

Helen will be taking part in the Tour de 4 event and will be supporting her chosen cancer charity; I have myself nominated the Prostate Cancer charity and are planning to do the 60km challenge.
