On 7th September I am taking part in the Chris Hoy organised Tour de 4 cycling event, to raise funds for cancer charities. I am going to complete the 56 mile red route which loops NE from Glasgow, whilst Steph and Zhou do the slightly shorter blue route.

Given the huge support Macmillian have provided for Kerynne (and myself) over the last too many years of her cancer journey, I am raising funds to support their work.

I'll be completing the ride on my NorthRoad Khamsin bike - Ian the owner of NorthRoad sadly passed from cancer earlier this year - so I will dedicate the ride to him.
