This September 7th, I will be cycling 60km in Sir Chis Hoy's Tour de 4 for Cancer charities and in my case supporting Prostate Cancer UK, as you will be aware Sir Chris is currently not having an easy ride with this dreadful disease.

On the day I will be accompanying a family member, who himself is in stage 4 and for the past 9 ½ years has been co-existing with prostate cancer. I, along with his daughter will be cyclising in support as we make up a family team of 3.
