My Tour De 4 Fundraiser to Fight Cancer

5 years since my cancer diagnosis at 44 years old following a chance PSA test, almost 40 rounds of radiotherapy (and an operation) to smash the pesky cancer cells from my prostate and spine I’m in a fit enough place to help Sir Chris Hoy out on his Tour de 4 bike ride in Glasgow on Sunday 7th September.

60km out, round and back from the velodrome named after Sir Chris (which is a clear 20km beyond what I’ve ever managed before) to change the perception of those living with Stage 4 cancer.
