I (Jen) am a massive cycling fan but until a few months ago hadn't ridden my bike outside for years. When we heard that Chris Hoy was organizing a charity ride from Glasgow on 7th September, it felt like the perfect opportunity to change that. You'd think I'd pick the shorter ride but after some encouragement signed up for the 90km one (with a great big climb in it). If you'd like to sponsor me and Allan (who is much better equipped for this than me) we'd love it if you give us a few quid to help Breast Cancer Now continue to do great work. In the meantime, I'll continue worrying about the climb and hoping to meet some pro cyclists.
