In September I will be taking part in the Tour De 4 blue challenge (37miles cycle) to raise money for Prostate Cancer UK, along side my sister and dad.

My dad recieved treatment a few years ago following screening and it really does hit home, the importance of continuing to increase and promote awareness and funding.

We are all feeling very motivated to do our wee bit towards such a great cause. Any support, whatever you can manage would be greatly appreciated and will have an impact.
