On Sunday 7th September I will be joining Chris Hoy’s great initiative the Tour De 4 cycling 56 miles around Glasgow raising money for The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity. They give fantastic support and care to many patients with stage four cancer diagnosis including a very dear friend of mine who I am riding with. Whatever your contribution it will make an impact, whether you donate a lot or a little. Anything helps and will inspire me to ride. Thank you so much for your support.

Following Sir Chris Hoy's diagnosis with Stage 4 cancer, Tour De 4 was established with a clear purpose: to demonstrate that a Stage 4 diagnosis, while devastating, doesn't define the limits of what's possible.

Chris' vision is to bring together people who have been affected by cancer - whether directly or indirectly - to challenge perceptions, inspire hope and raise vital funds for cancer charities across the UK.
