I was diagnosed with Prostate Cancer in 2019. Got through the chemo and radiotherapy just before covid shut the country down in March 2020.

Hormone therapy continued until 2022, and all looked good until the end of November 2023. My PSA increased, and a PET scan confirmed that the cancer was in my bones. Stage 4. Bright spots in spine and pelvis. (see LinkedIn link below)

I'm back on hormone therapy, and I'm managing just fine, thank you.

I'm going out on lots of cycle rides with the Free Wheelers, including Scott Hunter, who is also doing the Tour de 4.

I'm raising funds for and awareness of Prostate Cancer with my son Dylan, who will ride the tough Red Route with me; 90 km and 1000m+ ascent.
