I have grown into cycling over the last few years, starting as a necessity to complete triathlons but it has evolved into something I'm actually enjoying!

I cycled from London to Brighton in July this year as part of the journey to get cycle fit for the Tour de 4, which is a 56mile journey starting and ending in Glasgow. I also completed the Great North Swim (10km swim in Lake Windermere) back in June.

I'm fundraising now for Prostate Cancer UK to help with research and to support all those affected by it.
