Neil’s Story:

5 weeks ago today I was in post op recovery following my second operation in a year for brain cancer (glioblastoma). In between these operations I’ve had 6 weeks of radiotherapy and 6 months of chemotherapy. On Sunday Nicola and I are riding the tour de 4 - a 56 mile bike ride - to raise money for brain tumour research. I wasn’t expecting to be ready to get back on the bike so soon but I’ve been out a few times and I think I’m good for it! If it goes to plan I can put my feet up on Monday (6 weeks post surgery).
