On the 7th of September, I will be taking part in the Tour de 4 cycling event!

The Tour de 4 is a unique event. It came about as part of the legendary Sir Chris Hoy’s vision to challenge the perceptions around stage 4 cancer, having gone through this diagnosis himself, and to show that it doesn’t define the limits of possibility. I hope to raise as much awareness and support as I can for such a brilliant cause.

I encourage anyone who is interested to sign up and spread the good word (https://www.tourde4.com/) – and to share your stories of directly or indirectly dealing with cancer. There is a choice of different routes and activities, so there is something for all abilities on the bike.

In this event, I will be taking part in the 56-mile challenge to raise funds for MacMillan Cancer Support. Please consider donating to this cause, it means a great deal. Any and all amounts would be amazing.
