I’m joining the challenge set by Sir Chris Hoy to cycle and fundraise for cancer charities that provide vital support and research. His vision for Tour de 4 is also to change perceptions of what can be possible for people living with cancer. Over 17,500 people are diagnosed with skin cancer each year. I was one of them, which is why I have chosen to raise funds for Melanoma Focus to help with its crucial support for those affected by the disease and medical teams who treat it.
