Support My Ride for Prostate Cancer Awareness

I've signed up for the Tour de 4 cycling challenge, taking on the Red Route – a tough 90km ride in Scotland. This isn't just about pushing my limits—I'm doing this to raise money for Prostate Cancer UK, a cause that has become deeply personal to me.

A close friend of mine has recently undergone treatment for prostate cancer, and seeing the impact of this disease firsthand has motivated me to take action. Prostate cancer is the most common cancer in men, and early detection can make all the difference.
