On September the 7th September myself and two other friends are going to be trying very hard to keep up with our friend Laura to cycle the 90km tour de 4 in aid of Myeloma UK. Laura has been suffering with the condition for 5 1/2 years. As a Haematologist I know the struggles myeloma patients face daily coping with never ending treatments and their side effects. Myeloma UK is an excellent charity who have provided support to Laura and many of my patients. They also provide help in the development and approval of new therapies.
