I'm raising money for Guy's and St Thomas' Foundation after having received amazing treatment and care last December after my Stage1b2 cervical cancer diagnosis. You all know I love my Triathlon activities and am a keen cyclist. Chris Hoy is obviously a hero of mine so when he started promoting this Tour De 4 I knew I had to be a part of it. The Tour de 4 aims to shine a spotlight on what a Stage 4 cancer diagnosis can look like and demonstrate that it is possible to live well and lead a happy life alongside this devastating diagnosis.

On September 7th I’ll be joining Chris and others to cycle the Red Ride, 56 miles from the Sir Chris Hoy Velodrome in Glasgow to Kilysth and out into the hills.
