I'm raising money for Prostate Cancer UK - because I'm one of the lucky ones - by joining the 37*-mile Tour de 4 cycle on 7 September, north from Glasgow.

Inspired to get checked by Sir Chris Hoy's devastating diagnosis, I had a PSA test followed by a biopsy, which showed a minor abnormality, with a follow-up PSA in six months to keep tabs on it.
