I'm raising money for Prostate Cancer UK by cycling 37miles around Glasgow, on Sunday 7th Sept 2025, with Sir Chris Hoy and a few hundred riders. Infact, I'll be cycling with my good friend Gareth, who has recently been given the all clear after having Prostate Cancer earlier this year. If anyone is living-proof that early diagnosis can be life-changing, it's Gareth. So, if you are over 50, make sure you get tested without even waiting for any signs to show up.

I'm also doing the ride to support my brother-in-law, who has lived with Prostate Cancer for over 20 years and continues to face it down with inspiring determination, dignity and humour. Up the Mariners!

OK, that's it, feel free to chuck some change into my campaign if you wish to, it will help Prostate Cancer UK continue their wonderful work. Technically, I'm doing the ride to raise money but in the real world it's for love and friendship, which, as someone once said, is all you need.
