I'm raising money for Ovarian Cancer Action and your contribution will make an impact, whether you donate a lot or little. I dedicated my PhD research to further our understanding of ovarian cancer treatment resistance, discovered how an increase in the level of a protein contributes to this and identified licensed drugs which can restore chemotherapy sensitivity in laboratory models. Cancer research is enormously costly, and is almost entirely funded by charitable donations and endowment trusts. Donations pave the way for advancement of patient options.

I recently suffered a cycle crash, so signing up is my motivation to get back on my bike and raise money for a great cause!
