I’ve signed up to take on the Tour de 4, cycling 56 miles for Prostate Cancer UK

This one means a lot to me. My best mate Grant, He is currently facing stage 4 prostate cancer at 40 years of age. and I couldn’t be prouder of the strength and determination he’s showing every single day.

I’m doing this for him, for my Dad, my father in law and uncle Ernie, and for everyone affected by prostate cancer. There’s so much progress being made, and every bit of support helps move things forward.

56 miles will definitely push me out of my comfort zone, but it feels like a small challenge compared to what so many people are facing—and it’s an honour to do it.
