I’m taking part in the Tour de 4 red ride to raise money for Prostate Cancer UK.

Many of my friends have had their lives touched by prostate cancer, with several of my closest friends losing their fathers to it and my friend from university Chris Hoy being diagnosed with stage 4 I felt compelled to do my bit to help.

So on September 6th I’ll be cycling a 90km route in Scotland to raise money and awareness. I have ridden a road bike 3 times in my life before , one of those being at university with Chris 30 years ago! So I’ve got myself a road bike from eBay and I’m training..
