I’ve signed up for the Tour de 4 –red route - a 56-mile cycle, I’m raising money for Prostate Cancer UK

While this has been inspired by Grant’s recent diagnosis, it’s also for all the amazing people who have faced prostate cancer, including my dad and father-in-law. Their strength (and the strength of so many others) is what’s pushing me to take this on.

56 miles will definitely be a challenge for me—but it feels like a really positive way to do something that matters.
